The architecture and design industries are generally renowned for inspiration and for being at the forefront of trends, but their generous contribution to software piracy might not be such a source of pride.
According to recent statistics by the Business Software Alliance (BSA), architecture and design recorded the highest rates of software piracy in 2011, alongside sales and distribution. They came second behind only IT consulting in 2012.
