“Mr Skyscraper” Approves Tallest Building in the Southern Hemisphere
Planning Minister Matthew Guy has been labeled “Mr Skyscraper” after approving 19 towers in Melbourne including architect, Nonda Katsalidis’ controversial 388-metre Australia 108 tower.
Late last year, Katsalidis was “completely confident” of an approval and the 108-storey building, which combines a hotel and apartment building, will now be built in Melbourne’s Southbank precinct.
